How long will delivery of my order take?

Because we handcraft each hat individually, it takes around 5 to 10 working days to dispatch domestic US customers. 

We ship worldwide and to all international destinations.
All orders are sent via FedEx and should arrive in most countries 3 - 15 days after dispatch. 
International delivery times can vary between depending on your location.  

Please note these times do not take into account any hold ups in customs, which may sometimes occur.

DO you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for U.S. and International art lovers for purchases over US $200.
If your order is below the free shipping amount, don’t worry! Purchases below USD $200 have a flat rate of USD $20.

Which courier do you use?

We use FedEx or DHL to all orders. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tax and Duties

 Please note international orders may occur tax and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. You may be liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. 

Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

If you refuse a shipment from Apache Tribu, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Apache hat. So if you receive your item and its either faulty, damaged ornot the right size we happily offer exchanges for store credit to help you get the perfect hat.

How does it work

You send the product back to us, we check it's in original condition and then issue the credit note for the product purchase price. You can put that towards the perfect hat. 

1. The product must be unworn with original tags on
2. Returned in original packaging
3. Return must be within 30 days of the purchase date

To make an online exchange, follow these steps:

1. Fill out our exchange form and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Send your items to the address we'll provide once you contact us.

3. Get your package tracking number and email it to us. We are unable to exchange your pieces without a tracking number. We can't be responsible for lost packages.

Please note that while we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, we will pay to send it back to you.

We'll be more than happy to change your art pieces for a different size or give you store credit to be used in purchases of equal or higher value of the exchanged items.

Exchanges can take up to five business days to be processed once the items are received back into our warehouse. 
A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by Apache Tribu.

What if I received the wrong item?

Sometimes we make some mistakes, and we endeavour to make it right. Please provide a photo of the mix up to help us resolve it as quick as possible.

Can I return used items? 

All returning goods must be in original condition, be unworn & with original tags. Otherwise, we will reject the return upon inspecting.

Can I return sale items?

Please note we do not accept any returns for change of mind on style or size exchanges on sale items.

Is it safe to purchase online in Apache Tribu?

Absolutely! We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Apache Tribu uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
